Off to the eff ell, eh.

Okay, so it's only two days until we depart to the land of The Mouse. Of course, we'll visit WDW (that's what the cool stay-at-homes are calling it these days, right?) for a couple of days, but with small children in tow, we won't be going hard-core. Here's hoping that Dave2's recommendation of theWilderness Lodge pans out. At any rate, we'll be overnighting there with the in-laws/snowbirds at said Lodge, so as long as the pool and the beer are both functional, I'll be alright.

What I want to know is this: what have been your experiences in central/Pacific-coastal Florida, and is there anything there that I should definitely not miss? Anyone live over there that I should be tracking down? And honestly, what's going on between Minnie and Goofy?

Inquiring Canadian minds want to know.

Enjoy Fla!

There are all sorts of tourist traps in the swamps of central Florida, so be careful. Pretty much WDW is the shiznit for a riznit.I am sure you will have enough on your plate just by visiting with the mouse.

Enjoy and let me know what you think of the lodge.

have fun! It has been so long since I was at WDW (what the heck, I'll help you try to make it catch on) that I have no clue what to recommend.

World Domination Wrestling With Deadly Weapons in a Web Data Warehouse seems a little inappropriate for children. But ok. said... 5:54 PM, January 20, 2009

Actually, Minnie and Goofy have only been dating for a short while. There was a torrid affair between Minnie and Pluto, however it fizzled out due to Pluto's lack of assertiveness and reluctance to speak. Goofy was just waiting in the wings ready to pounce. Minnie seemed to have been planning to hook up with him from the beginning.
Needless to say Mickey is suspected of being gay.
If you have any more questions I'll be happy to try to help... I probably know more about those crazy guys than is healthy, anyway.
Have fun!
Oh, and if the kids misbehave you can offer to use them as alligator bait to get them back in line. It's traditional.

Ooh! I do like The Wilderness Lodge! In my many trips to WDW, it's my favorite of the resorts I've stayed at... hope you enjoy it!
