Another hard drive has gone south. 90 day warranty? Gee, thanks.

The docs say they've got a 50/50 chance that they can recover data. I guess we'll find out.

Oh, well. At least I backed up. Well… sort of.

Yeah, I know exactly how you feel. BOTH pooters at my house succumbed to the hard drive phantom within two months of one another. It sucks big ones.
I swear we are getting an Apple next or someone is going to die trying. (me)

Mr. Happy picked up a new mac powerbook or somethin' for 6 Robert Bordens off kijiji.

Can you pimp yourself out to get yourself a mac?'s the only way to fly.

Interestingly enough, you two, the baby IS a macintosh. It's an ibook from a few years back, but still worth it's mettle.

Hard drives can go wonky no matter what kind of computer you have. I should note that the operating system does not give me the grief that my work Windoze system does.
