Happy St. Patty's Day

It may come as no secret to people who know me (well, those who know about this blog, anyway) that I have issues with finding time to stay current (style notwithstanding) when it comes to getting my entries in. My Blogger's Almanac project is but one way I'm trying to stay informed both this year and into the future.

So this morning, while one child was snoozing and the other was roaming around perfecting his Wreckinator routine, I mocked up a new header. Hopefully you can all see the cheery shamrock-themed header. Sorry, I couldn't find a good way to use Shamrock Grimace.

And though I couldn't garner any support for a boys' night out at the pub, I'll find a good way to toast St Patrick's day -- and it likely won't include green beer.

I don't know where he gets it from, but I can't knock his taste.

Happy St Patrick's day! Have a beer for me, I won't be partaking since generally alcohol consumption is not considered a good thing when one is growing a baby. Next year though, next year!

Ahem?

Actually, the night turned out wonderfully, as Sween will attest to. The failure in garnering support was perhaps judged a little early.

I missed out on the festing! Well, I fested, but I missed out on the local neighbourhood action. Disappointment reigns supreme...however I *did* have a lovely time at the Speakeasy.

Happy belated Saint Patty's day!

Ah yes...and a child with a taste for Kilkenny will grow to be a man a woman could love. :) Either that, or a vagrant...but it COULD turn out well! ;)
