Coffee Thoughts, or Why I Clearly Need a Raise

I never considered I might be out of my league when going to a coffee shop, until now:

i went to starbucks, because there is one by my work. for a chai tea latte and a blueberry breakfast bar i dropped nearly 7 dollars. thank goodness my husband is an engineer with a nuclear plant, or i'd have had to remortgage my house for my mid-morning snack.

i'd much prefer a large double cream and a toasted bagel for under 3 bucks at the hockey player's.

Oh, great. When my husband finds this out he'll be pissed!

WHAT??! This is ridiculous! $92,000???!

They're pretty effing arrogant, aren't they. Thank God my *NOT $92,000* goes to Diet Mt. Dew and Sugarless Red Bull. At least they appreciate my borderline insolvency.

I'd love to see what those same stats are for Dunkin' Donuts. If I didn't fit into THAT income bracket, I'd kill myself. LOL

Note that they didn't say what the average income of repeat customers was after their Starbucks purchases?
