Theme Week: Music - Day Five

Well, here we are at the end of Theme Week. And yeah, I opted for the five-day "Theme Workweek". Today's installment is something that builds on the evolution, the ambassadorship, and the popularity of mobile music. I'm using "threes" because "top fives" would be so cliché. If you participate (and you should!), don't feel you need to answer with your top three in all scenarios. Just three good ones. I'm calling this my "threeme." Somebody stop me.

not only a meme, but a fabulous resource and reference list:) i need to get me some audioslave.

i think that you and i must have grown up in parallel universes. how often can meatfloaf *and* massive attack appear in the same space? yet i remember trips to my nan's listening to the loaf. "everything is permitted, oooo ohooh, everything is allooooowed." and my personal fave "i want you, i need you, there ain't no way i'm ever gonna love you... but don;t be sad because two outa three ain't bad." (oh, oh, and the "then i caught you making love to my/two/three of my best friends"). ah, the memories.
